I had a gluten free pepperoni pizza, it was delicious and I did not get sick. I am very sensitive so I’d say this place is safe for celiac.
I ate here 2 nights in a row as it was attached to my hotel. The GF pizza crust was so good I was worried for a minute that it wasn’t GF but after checking, it was. UNO’s has an online gluten sensitive menu I read through to help guide my decisions but also let the bartender know about my allergy and they were great both nights. Was pleasantly surprised here.
Staff super kind and friendly, excellent service and the gluten free crust was super well done, Very good food. I was hesitant to come with all the bad reviews but I’m glad i did.

They have always done good by me. My food is usually carried out by its own wait staff member. It's the first gluten free pizza I've found that isn't flat bread or thin crust.
This place gets zero stars... Ordered a gluten sensitive dish, and I was clear with the bar staff about that. The food comes out and there is a bread wedge on the plate. I do NOT believe it.
The gluten-free pizza taste isn't that great. But there are other meal that doesn't have any gluten; salad and hamburger with Udi bun is great!!!
The gluten free pizzas were both cold and chalky even after i heated them in my own oven. Also all i could smell when i went to pick them up was that sewage treatment plant across the river

I eat here every month or so. The GF pizza is good,..They take precautions with the premade crust and toppings kept separately from other pizza prep. If you order other toppings they can't guarantee no cross contamination and pizza cooked in shared oven howver they have been careful at evey location I've been too and I have not gotten sick eating here with careful discussion with waitstaff. Ordered the Gluten Free Pepperoni Pizza and garden salad gluten free. This is hands down the best gluten free pizza we have ever had! They knew it was for an allergy - so it did come out separately to the rest of the other food. Great friendly service as well! Definitely come back!
Have not been in quite a few years and was pleasantly surprised. The pizza dough was so much better than it used to be. They had GF pasta and other selections as well. I recommend if u have not been in a while to give them another chance.
It was so delicious i thought it didn’t even taste gluten free. And then, I realized I’d been glutened on vacation - seriously the worst. 😟 I did get their tart and it was really tasty. I’d have adored this if I wouldn’t have gotten sick from it.
We are a family of celiacs. My wife, kids and I are #1 fans of Uno. When we were in Washington DC we knew it would be amazing as it has been every time we have been to different locations. We have been there over 20 times and have NEVER had any issues with cross contamination or wrong orders. We encourage everyone to try their amazing and delicious gluten free pizza and burger options.
