Review of UNO Pizzeria & Grill

My wife: I need a gluten free order, I have celiac disease. Server: You can't see? My wife: No. I'm incredibly allergic to gluten. It will make me sick. Server: So... no glutens?

This place was a HUGE disappointment after reading these reviews. Firstly, the menu says "GS" for "Gluten Sensitive" not gluten free. Second, it took 3 people before we got anyone with a clue about celiac. Lastly, when we did finally get someone we found out that they use a shared food prep area and oven and take little to no precaution to prevent cross contamination except that they store 3-4 ingredients in a "Gluten Sensitive" area in the cooler. We chose to leave without placing an order.
