***UPDATE: I have eaten at this location more recently. They cooked my GF pizza much better this time and it tasted good.*** They do have a GF menu. I ordered a GF pizza and it was extremely under cooked. Not sure if celiac friendly.
The new thicker pizza crust is amazing, and the pizza is really good in general. I had no reaction from eating here....the reason for the low stars is the service is always terrible. Every time we come here we have issues, cold food, screwed up orders, horrible service and takes forever to receive the food. Don't go here is you don't want to spend two hours eating out.

Their gluten free pizza was without question best I've ever had. The crust was amazing. I won't get pizza anyplace else.
I didn't get sick but my chili came out with chips on the plate. I asked if they were gluten free and she said no and apologized. She got me a new plate and it was fine. This is after I told her I had an allergy and my food had to be gluten free. Other than that the chili was good. Then, I had the gluten free pepperoni pizza. That was wet and spongy. It was so soggy I ended up just eating the crust and the pepperoni off of it.
Their new gf crust is amazing. They no longer use Udis. Loved my pizza!

Food was very good. However, I used the ladies room. Soap dispenser was completely empty. How are staff members washing their hands? I handed the empty dispenser to the manager, he said he'd look into it. He did while we were there and he told me how he handled the situation. Kudos to the manager.

Ordered tomato cheese pizza. It tasted like it was made on a separate pizza pan, possibly a disposable pan which is good news for celiacs. It was served on a plate not in the regular pizza pans they serve regular pizzas in. The crust was boring and flavorless. But overall it was fine. I would go again because it's someplace I can go where we can all have pizza and I don't have to feel excluded.

Horrible service. I order a burger with a gluten free bun. It took 45 minutes and came out WITH A REGULAR BUN! Abhorrent. Server didn't seem to care. Took another 20 minutes for the replacement. If you are offering gluten free, especially a chain, be prudent.
We love this restaurant. Our family has Celiac's Disease and Eosinophilic Esophagitus. The staff is great and they give us the gluten free pizza crust for my daughter to use at make her own pizza.
I have been here a handful of time in the last two years (while visiting family) and have had no issues. I order a gluten free pizza and/or a salad. I particularly like the berry salad and veggie pizza. No reactions and I am very sensitive.

Staying at a nearby hotel and we were hoping to find some safe pizza nearby for pick up/delivery. I called and asked a couple of questions about cross contamination. The person I spoke to had no clue what I was talking about. I explained that my son's have Celiac and what that meant. She put me on a maybe 30 sec hold and came back saying "yeah its fine" "it's gluten-free". Definitely didn't provide any confidence in their safety protocols.
