The waitstaff understood the allergy. I felt like this is the first time I had pizza in years! The crust is really good and borders on deep dish! But my pizza was cold and the tomato sauce/cheese were frozen in some parts. I would have sent it bank but didn’t want my companions to have to wait/eat without me. Next time I’ll tell them to cook it! I won’t be rushing back but realish pizza is a big draw.

The menu is very clear. There are tasty options and the staff is knowledgeable. We have never had a problem eating in this chain.

Second time eating here, haven't tried the GF pizza yet. My vegetarian wife really likes their normal pizza, and it's easy to feed our toddler. I've had the Beef Chilli (no tortilla crisps) and liked it a lot, the brown rice and roast Brussels were good too. Getting Salmon and other sides this time. :) they seem really careful about cross contamination, so I feel safe ordering things that are marked. service can be a bit slow, but I think they are honestly a bit understaffed in the kitchen and on the floor (that or it's a Sunday thing)

Hidden gem! You would never think a chain/franchise would be so delicious. They just came out with a brand new crust for their pizzas and it's like eating the real kind. Great service at the bar and the manager brings your food out. Love!

A dependable place for a quick meal after shopping. I go here frequently and I've never gotten sick.

Good GF food, service dose a great job to make ordering GF simple and takes the appropriate action to ensure food stays GF!

I have been here a handful of time in the last two years (while visiting family) and have had no issues. I order a gluten free pizza and/or a salad. I particularly like the berry salad and veggie pizza. No reactions and I am very sensitive.

Staying at a nearby hotel and we were hoping to find some safe pizza nearby for pick up/delivery. I called and asked a couple of questions about cross contamination. The person I spoke to had no clue what I was talking about. I explained that my son's have Celiac and what that meant. She put me on a maybe 30 sec hold and came back saying "yeah its fine" "it's gluten-free". Definitely didn't provide any confidence in their safety protocols.
