Would be OK for someone who is just gluten sensitive, but I have Celiac disease and got sick
No
Great burgers. Gf pizza not great.
Wouldn't recommend. I spoke to both the waitress and the Manager and told them that I had to eat gluten free and I questioned them about how they handled cross contamination and I was assured that there would be no problem. I ordered steak, vegetables and rice and after I had eaten some of my meal I found vermicelli mixed in with the vegetables. Another person in our party who ordered the same sides as me also had vermicelli in her food (she doesn't have to eat gluten free). I was told that they make up a dish that has vermicelli in it right near the side that I ordered. I will not go back.
No
Be careful! I ordered a GF pizza and a flavored iced tea. Certainly I asked if the tea was GF. I can tell you that either it was not or I received a kid's pizza, NOT a GF pizza. Either way I have not, nor will I ever eat at UNOs again!
Very knowledgeable about cross contamination, good gluten free pizza!
Yes
Staying at a nearby hotel and we were hoping to find some safe pizza nearby for pick up/delivery. I called and asked a couple of questions about cross contamination. The person I spoke to had no clue what I was talking about. I explained that my son's have Celiac and what that meant. She put me on a maybe 30 sec hold and came back saying "yeah its fine" "it's gluten-free". Definitely didn't provide any confidence in their safety protocols.

The pizza was safe to eat. I did not get sick… however, it was not cheap. I got takeout and brought it to my hotel. When I started eating, I realized there was no pizza sauce! It was glorified pepperoni cheesy bread! It wasn’t worth driving back to get a new one.

Tried this place for the first time after seeing reviews here and the pizza was prepared safely and tasted great. No issues for us with Celiac. (Also, they will bring your order out to the car if you wish.) Update: Feb2024 - this place has become one of our go to spots. We use the gluten free menu and explain gluten allergy and no issues.

Yummy gf pizza. Both gf crust and cauliflower. Got the cauliflower crust and it was crispy and tasted good.
