The server let me know every option they could make gluten free, I had gluten free pasta and gluten free pizza and not only was there no issues with any cross contamination but my family couldn't tell the difference between mine and theirs because it was so well made The server also made sure to reassure me of how seriously they take making it gluten free so I wouldn't have as much anxiety about ordering food out
