Had dinner tonight, food was great!! Will be going back again. The ramen was very rich.

Gluten free and vegan menu. Very small so need to queue, we waited about an hour. I had soy milk ramen, very tasty.

Everything is gluten and dairy free, however the service is extremely slow.

Scrumptious ramen and side dishes! Great dessert also. My partner is a coeliac, and I have my fair share of allergies too (certain fruits) - finding spots like this that we are both able to enjoy is fantastic. Our meals were full of flavour and hearty. Personally, this is the best ramen I’ve had - GF or not :) The staff are also lovely, which is a bonus!

This a go to for anyone with celiacs! The ramen is unbelievably delicious and the croquettes are so crispy! We came in on a rainy day and this was the perfect spot. So safe as everything is gluten free and they do not allow any outside food in to ensure there is no contamination.

Really good ramen and amazing dumplings, and have gluten free beer!

The best Ramen and dumplings I’ve ever had in life and still the best after traveling through Japan for a month. Don’t miss this place!

Excellent place - enjoyed our dinner a lot. All clean and so safe for those who deal with Celiac in Japan, but my 2 accompanying guests (who generally eat gluten) enjoyed their meals as well. Great spot!

By far the best place in Kyoto for gluten free ramen! You can even have gyoza / dumplings and everything is gluten free. I also had cookie ice cream for desert. I went there at 7pm on a friday and had to wait for 1.5 hrs. There is a list where you can put your name though. The thing is they only have ariund 12-14 seats but usually I would say the turn around time is 1 hour. So either go at a relatively unpopular time or be ready to wait a bit. Even if you re not vegan (I am not) its a really good place! Do not miss!

I had the Dan Dan noodles. Unique flavour - the soy cream made the broth taste more rich and creamy. Noodles were cooked to perfection and the gyoza were so delicious. There are some cute cookies and a gf dessert vending machine outside too. Felt full but light after eating the dish, would go again!

One of the best bowls of ramen I have ever had! The soy milk broth is the most delicious and the noodles are amazing! I recommend the grilled mochi and extra noodles :)

Both dumplings and ramen were very good and there are several variations of both to choose from. The ramen of our choice had a lot of fresh and unusual toppings, the broth was nice and creamy. The service was good and there is a sign at the entrance stating that no open food containing wheat may be brought into the restaurant in order to keep it gluten-free. Just for your information (I haven't tested it): There is a vending machine with Japanese, gluten-free desserts right in front of the restaurant.

Not a fan of the noodle texture or flavour. There was a pungency to it that overtook everything else. If you ever smelled prepacked bamboo, it's that smell. The broth was otherwise bland and lacked salt, and the noodles had the consistency of overcooked spaghettini. No bite at all. On the contrary, a nearby GF ramen place called Kyoto Engine Ramen had much meatier flavour to their broth and their noodles had chew (similar to sweet potato noodles). Too bad the ambiance was worse at Engine :(
Instead of ramen, maybe consider this place a super light noodle-type meal. Don't expect any resemblance to actual ramen.

My daughter has gluten, dairy , nuts and sesame allergies. I am so glad that we found this place. Their gluten free ramen is very smooth and soy based soup is delicious. My daughter was so happy to have her first ramen outside and also her first soy based crème brûlée. We will come back if we visit Kyoto again ❤

Almost couldn't find, it is in the Laundromat! Great meal, very filling however slightly expensive for food. I believe it was 1800 Yen for the plant nuggets. I had the plant nuggets, the chicken rice bowl, and the dumplings. It was almost too much to finish and I am a big guy. GF certified!

Flavorful broth, great dumplings, good experience. I’m not vegan and I thought the food was great - I ended up back here a second time in three days

Delicious food. Highly recommend visiting if you are in the area. The whole menu is vegan and gluten free so it was wonderful to have so much choice. The meal was of exceptional quality with so many different vegetables adding to the flavour. There are also a great selection of GF desserts and cookies. It is quite expensive but excellent quality so worth it if you can afford it.

Entire menu is vegan/gluten free. Loved all of the options. Didn’t love everything in my soup, but it was overall delicious and worth the stop! Oh, gioza are delish and I ordered 2 desserts - they have vegan gf cookies, ice cream, and tiramisu!

I mean, it's reasonably complex and palatable, but it has that "vegan food" or "health food" taste that I find incredibly off-putting. I am not vegan and not health-conscious, so I feel like I'm sacrificing a lot to eat here. Would not return.

Just had a fabulous bowl of Dandan noodle soup. So exciting to have literally stumbled on this gluten free and vegan shop. Super clean and cute. Staff is just lovely and speaks a little English. Do try this place.

I was a bit dubious about this place but everything was so delicious! Ramen with rice noodles, and also got some steamed dumplings which were really tasty. The entire menu is gluten free and it’s a nice atmosphere to eat in. My two companions who have no dietary restrictions were also pleasantly surprised, we all enjoyed the meal a lot. A good find for some Japanese style food. Other allergens were also marked on the menu. I went back for lunch on another day just to eat the dumplings again as they were so delicious! It was busy at that time so we had to que for a while but the food was worth it.

Came here yesterday and got the Yuki Zuki ramen. Wow, so much delicious flavor and variety of textures. I haven’t had much ramen in my life but this was easily the best I’ve ever had. I did not leave anything in my bowl. I will try to visit again, it was so good!

Cute place, limited food menu but everything was delicious! We got edamame, two different ramens, and the plain creme brulee. It took a while for the food to be prepared but it was tasty and very different from the other nearby GF ramen option. Glad we went!

This is a dedicated GF and vegan restaurant. They have GF gyozas and noodles. The taste is good. Is a tiny place and you cannot sit together you ate with 4 people. It is run by two people ( cook and waiter). They have also GF deserts. Please note that it is open till 10pm and not 5 pm.

Truly one of the best food experiences of my life. Ramen, Dumplings, even all the sauces are gf—which when dining out in in Japan, this is something you get REALLY excited about. Even my husband loved it, and he has no dietary restrictions and is very much a carnivore. Dedicated gluten free/vegan facility. Wonderful owner and staff! Absolutely delicious! Would return a thousand times. (I’m celiac and had no reaction.)

BEST PLACE EVER AND CELIAC SAVIOR IN KYOTO. This was one of the ONLY dedicated GF places that was open EVERYDAY without fail. RAMEN IS SOOOOOOOOOO GOOD, so grateful because I am vegan and have celiac so this being a dedicated GF AND VEGAN restaurant is literally so amazing. Seriously do not miss this place, we ate here everyday we were in Kyoto. Honestly when it comes to not getting glutened and feeling healthy on vacation, I will pay the hefty price. Just appreciate and enjoy it, truly.
