This place is AWESOME!! We were in town for a gymnastics meet and wanted some good quality GF food. This place gave us that!! We had 2 of the salads and the kids had quesadilla kids meals. They have the siete brand grain free tortilla shells and chips. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. We left feeling satisfied and feeling amazing knowing we wouldn't feel sick after a few hours because they serve food that we eat at home. They also have pasture-raised chicken and grass-fed steak. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!! Also, the staff was SUPER friendly and helpful!! Please open one of these in Des Moines!!!

I was happy to see another restaurant with GF options. I had the kid’s meal with plain chicken and rice and the bowl with mushrooms and rice. The food wasn’t very flavorful and it was too salty but I did not get sick.

Sadly not dedicated gluten free. They have regular flour wraps that they use a separate press to heat, but use the same utensils for toppings. The people were very friendly and helpful. The food itself was just ok.

So yummy! Really good bowls - so happy to have another safe gluten free place to eat where I don't have to think about every possible cross contact! I got harvest bowl and it was so yummy and filling.

Creative, flavorful menu. All GF. Rice bowls, salads or wraps. Healthy kids meals. Been waiting a long time to have an option for quick, safe GF meals in my hometown. If I lived closer I would be there all the time.

The entire menu is gluten-free! Excellent food. Ask for a loyalty card (buy 2 meals and then get one free.)

This entire spot is gluten free! They do bowls, salads and smoothies- bowls can be made into wraps using Siete tortillas. They also do an Udis grilled cheese for the kiddos.

This is a dedicated GF restaurant that offers salads, bowls and smoothies. They also sell some canned drinks and Siete brand chips. I tried the buffalo bowl and added chicken. It was delicious but there was more rice than the rest of the ingredients. It was not as filling as I would have liked, but I also chose not to eat all of the rice. Service was friendly, knowledgeable and quick.
