I mentioned my gluten intolerance and still got slightly cross contaminated. Very unfortunate. Food was not bad. Prices are high and portions are very small.
Wow just wow. I was missing Japanese food where I could feel totally comfortable and also be in a genuinely fun and cool restaurant. From a safety perspective - I went with the sushi deluxe which is just excellent sashimi and sushi that needs very little since it’s fresh fish and perfect sushi rice. They have tamari. GO!
I've eaten here many times (more than 10) and have never gotten sick. Stick to the sashimi or simple rolls (one or two ingredients). Chef's always can advise if there are any choices that contain gluten. They have GF tamari on site.

Waitress was super helpful and checked with the chef/guided me through options. I ordered via the phone. Ordered the ume shiso roll and avocado roll. Didn’t have any symptoms and am very sensitive. It is a small kitchen and some items DO have gluten, so use your own judgement.
