Most of the menu is naturally gluten free. Food is assembled from dishes behind the counter (like Subway or Chipotle-style), so cross-contamination is easy, especially early in the line (good to keep in mind if you have non gluten allergies). The glutenous items looked like they were at the end, in taller containers so cross-contamination there looked less likely. We got a Sweater Weather and a Thai Cashew bowl and shared them. They were pretty good but I was expecting more flavor. Next time I might get a custom bowl so I can focus on ingredients I want to bring out, ask for heavy dressing rather than medium, and avoid the dry toppings at the end (since that's where the gluten seems to live). I did not seem to react to eating here.
