Review of UpRising Bakery and Cafe

Uprising is my new favorite restaurant! They are 00% GF and mostly vegan. The owner and chef is very familiar and aware with how to keep food safe. She does have one cabinet of bakery goodies that are not Gf but are completely separate from the Gf food and cooked in a separate kitchen to prevent any crow contamination. The food is delicious and different in the best way. If you haven’t tried it you need to!! It’s such a great environment too, quiet, friendly and family oriented.
