Don’t trust “dedicated GF” kitchen that has barley bowls on menu & special.
Food not good, stale, bread loafs felt like a 5# bag of sugar - not fresh, soup leaked thru containers in the case, carrot bundt very dense & dry. Quiche not fresh soup had a layer of grease on top. Food is expensive
GF 101 - BARLEY is not GF! Owner claimed no error, blamed manufacturer. Either way cross-contamination.
