Review of UpRising Bakery and Cafe

3 out of the 5 things I ordered had hair in them. Nothing was comped. Paid for it all. One item was replaced (a bowl of soup) the other items with hair where not. Our scone was overly dry and stale. Was really hopeful and excited to try a celiac friendly restaurant near by.
