Review of UpRising Bakery and Cafe

Unfortunately, not a good experience & will not be back. Some food choices “might” be gluten free but are far from celiac safe. Was super bummed to see mixed gluten/gluten free foods combined in food cases. Lackadaisical response from staff when asked about gluten free for celiac.

Also, found it very difficult to overlook the visible dirt & uncleanliness of the restaurant environment :(
