Staff were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what food was GF. They were very careful about cross contamination. But, othan the Sashimi, there weren’t many options. All but one of the sushi rolls had sauce on them that contained gluten. They can serve the rolls with the sauce on the side, but about half of the rolls have tempura too.
