Urban Bricks Pizza

This is my favorite place to get pizza! The crust is thick and fluffy. Sometimes it's slightly burnt around the edges, but not that much, and that's fairly typical. They have a vegan cheese that tastes so good. I don't know for sure what brand it is, but it doesn't taste like daiya... Delicious pizza, and I've never gotten sick from here, so I feel pretty confident about their CC precautions. Definitely recommend!

Good gf crust and serve Daiya cheese

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Staff friendly and helpful, but gf pizza crust was nasty. Looks like it's made from white flour and tapioca. Was very burnt at the edges and NOT crispy. My son couldn't finish it. Revise your gf crust recipe and I'll consider returning.

Staff and service is GREAT. They know about celiac disease and are courteous to you. BUT beware that flour is EVERYWHERE. They took extra care of me and used all new equipment, scrubbed the oven down, changed gloves, used new sauce in case of cross contamination and were so kind to me. HOWEVER it's an eat at your own risk place because the flour is all over the place and cross contamination is possible.
