Review of Urban Cookhouse

I eat at urban cookhouse a few times per week. I love the salads. I specify that I have a gluten allergy when I order. My meal comes to about $13 for one. The portion size is generous. There are several choices of meat and vegetarian/vegan options. My favorites are the shrimp and the chicken. They also offer to go options which are fabulous during the work day. I highly recommend urban for those who are gluten and non gluten free. If you are GF stay away from the orange roll but give the strawberry lemonade a try!
