This place is not safe for celiacs. The server was knowledgeable and super nice in explaining that there is cross contamination and they won't change Gloves. The Buns are cooked on the same cook top as the meat. She said it's not safe for allergies. I appreciated her honesty.

Asked the waitress if she knew of any gluten free options, had an allergen list, or any information about which items on the menu could be made gluten free... she just shook her head no with a blank look on her face. Took my chances with a plain chicken sandwich with no bun. I’m sorry but when there are only 13 dishes on the menu, it’s shouldn’t be a problem to know what’s in them.

Ordered Cobb salad . Made fresh. Chicken tested gluten free on Nima. Didn’t get bacon.

At airport
They did burger with lettuce wrap, fries are not breaded, they cook them in soy bean oil(?). The server understood gluten-free and offered this information straight away.
Waitress had no clue what items were gluten free. Ordered eggs and bacon and asked that no bread or their hash be put on the plate. The plate was presented with pieces of hash still on the plate from where they obviously tried to take it off. Would not recommend for celiacs.
