I had steamed rice and salmon cooked with salt and pepper only. I was fine but still hungry.

Most sushi rolls that are not fried, and don’t use sauce are gluten free! Ones of course without imitation crab. Also, their spicy crabmeat does contain gluten. The sushi & nigiri were great!
