There are three areas to order food from (pizza, American style & Asian style). They were out of gf crust for pizza so I went for a Mushroom Swiss burger (minus the Swiss as I am also DF). I spoke with the chef who let me know they would use a dedicated fryer for fries (regular or sweet). The burger, bun and fried were surprisingly delicious. I would definitely order again.
