Review

After calling ahead they mentioned to make the waitress aware of dietary restrictions. They recently opened and are still making tweaks to the menu. There are gluten free marks on what can be made gluten free. However, their fryer is NOT gluten free. There are several GF items marked that have fried items and are not celiac safe. After I asked the kitchen, they confirmed that they can not recommend someone with celiac to have anything fried. I ended up with lamb appetizer, oysters, and some artichoke dip that I used crackers purchased from the market. It was good. You definitely have to be careful with their menu though. No ill effects yet at time of review.

*Update after initial review: I returned for lunch. You definitely have to be vigilant but can eat safely. I found out that the sushi rice is not GF as they add flour. So no sushi is GF, unfortunately. They offer sashimi platter if you want that. They have DELICIOUS Hilltop GF buns they can serve with the burger. I had one and had no problems. I had my wife try it first because it looked so close to their regular bun (although slightly thinner). It was comforting when it started to fall apart on the bottom, confirming GF bread. The waiter had not asked about fry substitutions which are included and I had to catch him after my order to change to a side salad. Staff is very nice but not well educated on food allergy it seems.

Their shining star is their fresh seafood/meat and market in general. They have gluten free goods in the market. You can definitely make a meal with their products if needed.
