I love this restaurant and was so happy to see one finally open up in Nevada. They have gluten free focaccia bread that is very sturdy. I did let them know that I had celiac and they changed gloves and cleaned the work surface, but they did warn they couldn’t guarantee cross contamination. I ordered a sandwich and was fine but it was the second day they were open. The salads and bowls should be fine for consumption and are as equally delicious.
