Review of Urbane

I was staying at the Hyatt Olive 8 for three nights and this restaurant in the lobby kept me celiac-safe. The staff and kitchen were knowledgeable and they have a dedicated GF toaster. The food is delicious and they are very accommodating. When my flight was delayed, they packed me a couple sandwiches and some snacks so I’d have safe food to get me through the day, even though they weren’t serving lunch yet. GF food is listed on the menu, but don’t be afraid to ask for modifications, they are able to make other items GF.
