I've eaten here twice and not gotten sick and I'm pretty sensitive. They are knowledgeable about celiac and cc and it's so amazing to be able to have a doner again!!

Great food and knowledgeable staff. They offered to clean the grill without me asking and I did not get sick. I was excited to try the gluten-free pita, and while it was definitely nice to have as an option, I will say the rest of the food is really what you should come here for. The lamb, the falafel and the fries were all really good and we enjoyed the spicy sauce and the garlic sauce as well.

*closed temporarily—will reopen in March* Uumami is my favorite food truck in Eugene. The only gluten is in pitas (but you can opt for GF pita). Fryers are totally GF. The only dairy is in the tzatziki, and you can sub hummus. The fries are AMAZING and the Uumami bowl is a dish I eat weekly. Staff is thoughtful about keeping things GF and I have never had a gluten reaction.

Yummy Mediterranean food! The only gluten they have is pre-made pita that they heat up on one part of the griddle. For Celiac orders, they can clean the other side and heat up GF pita. The owners were there and said that they have several friends with Celiac so they designed the menu to make sure that they had safe options. I got a salad with lamb that was delicious! There was also a GF baklava tart that I’ll get next time.
