A local place I’ve been a ton of times and it’s always a good experience! I definitely make sure to advocate for myself and make sure pasta is boiled separately, I do so in most Italian restaurants, and they seem to understand and care. I’ve had the GF pasta and other meat/fish options and it’s always been fantastical
Gf homemade pasta was really really good. Had the primavera and loved the long fusilli.
Truly one of the best pastas I’ve have in a long time (bolognese with whipped ricotta) and a great drink, but I was sick afterwards. I believe it was cross contamination in my meal, because my other Celiac friend felt fine during the same meal. They have a dedicated fryer for GF and the fries were good!
There are tons of gluten free options on the menu including pizza and fresh made gluten free pasta. The menu says the gluten free pizza is fired in the same oven as regular pizzas but on its own metal tray so depends on your comfort level.
The pizza crust is really good and very crispy. The gluten free pasta was also really delicious.
I’ve eaten here twice with no health issues whatsoever. They serve the best GF pizza I’ve ever had. Quality ingredients from a real Italian establishment with gourmet underpinnings. An extraordinary find. The service is impeccable as well and, so far as I can tell, all the staff takes pride in their awareness of gluten free needs. Many gluten free options, pizzas, pasta, appetizers, and desserts. Menu clearly marked. Have had pizza, fried calamari appetizer, and Italian cheesecake.
Gluten free options clearly marked on the menu and servers are very aware of allergies. Gluten free pizza, pasta available.
All the allergens are written on the menu. They have gluten free starters, pasta, pizza and dessert. Their gluten free pizza is amazing 🤩 as an Italian myself I can just really recommend it, you will love it ! The pizza is cooked in the same oven as gluten one but on its own pan.
