I don’t think it’s fair to downgrade this restaurant just because they don’t have gluten-free pasta. The gluten-free pasta is next-door. But what this restaurant does have is a huge selection of gluten-free items. It’s not just about pasta, right? They’re very knowledgeable about your choices and the food was delicious. They use cornstarch to minimize gluten content in several dishes.

— Excellent

They didn’t have any GF pasta the day I came but they were able to accommodate an entree to be gluten free. Staff was not the kindest about explaining the GF options
