More than half the menu is gluten free. GF and SF clearly marked on menu. They have GF starters, sharing, entrees, sides, and desserts. The waitress was very helpful and checked for our other allergies. The food was absolutely delicious!! We had a soup flight, tostadas, truffle topped mushroom risotto, chocolate pie, and black & white chocolate ganache cake. Everything was delicious! The risotto may have been the best I’ve ever tasted! It was perfectly cooked and the flavors and textures were amazing! The soups were all delicious! But the winner for both my daughter and myself was the Mushroom Soup. Idk what they did to make it so good! The broth was very rich and flavorful, and the texture and flavor of the mushrooms were perfect! I would gladly eat that soup every day! What a wonderful surprise to find a vegan restaurant with so many GF choices! Many restaurants say they have GF, vegetarian, or even vegan options. More often than not, they are not both GF and veg. Not a problem at V-Spot! The food was so good that even omnivores would enjoy their meal. The portions were generous, too!
