Amazing! Since being diagnosed with Celiac two years ago, I haven’t found a place nearby that offers almost entirely GF and DF menu! Fabulous and delicious - thank you!!
I’ve eaten here 3 times now and have not gotten sick. I always double check what I’m ordering is gluten free. I have a dairy sensitivity in addition to gluten intolerance, so being able to order ice cream with a variety of toppings is such a treat! My family who is not GF nor dairy free loves it here too!

I am not vegan or dairy-free but once I heard the cones were GF, I had to try and I was blown away! I don’t typically have high hopes for vegan ice cream but it exceeded any expectations I had. All of the toppings and mix-ins are GF and they have GF baked goods too. They are very knowledgeable and open about safety and celiac. Vegan/dairy-free or not, just go!!

Said everything on the menu board was GF and only some of the baked goods had gluten…. I would double check if the cones were gf too but whatever- it was delicious dairy-free ice cream.
I am so bummed. Our family always loved going to Vaca’s. They used to be not only vegan but gluten free. We are celiac so it can be tricky to find safe places. They now have a lot of gluten items and it’s no longer safe for celiac at all. It used to be a regular stop for us and now we can no longer go there. They no longer say gluten free, but “gluten friendly” due to cross contamination.
Get the miso caramel! To die for. Staff was knowledgable, and I had no reaction. Everything is vegan, but not everything is GF so double check before you order something.
Nearly everything on the menu is gluten free including the ice cream cones and some pastries. Also the ice cream is vegan.
Best vegan and gluten free ice cream in Chicago! They have gluten free cones and this new location has a ton of gluten free baked goods as well.
