Review of Vader's Bar & Deli

The owner’s wife and family have celiac so most items can be made gluten free. They take extra precautions to avoid cross contamination. I was especially pleased with their gluten free fried chicken sandwich and Parmesan fries. It was cooked perfectly and the gf bun was the best I have ever had.
