They have a shared fryer. She makes pies…so there is flour in the kitchen. I opted for nachos ….BUT, their chili powder (monarch brand mild chili powder) is NOT GF. She adjusted the recipe for cumin, onion powder, tomatoes paste. Chips are from a bag and are GF.
