***EDITED***
I’ve now had 2 bad experiences here. This place has really gone downhill. Got sick once. The last time I had to send my meal back 3 times. I’ve never sent a meal back 3 times before. Ordered a medium rare steak that came out well done twice, then the brisket came out with bread on the plate. Horrible experience for my birthday dinner. Won’t be back.
This place is a gold standard for how restaurants should operate when it comes to dealing with allergies.
All staff are very knowledgeable. They all keep a gluten free menu in pocket if asked. Tons of items can be made GF - I’d say at least 75% of the menu.
Our waitress went out of her way to really make sure I didn’t get sick, and sure enough I didn’t. I had wings, brisket and a drink. She even brought my barbecue sauce in separate cups so I wouldn’t accidentally touch the sauce bottle and get sick!

Waiter wasn't sure what was gluten free. No gf menu. Had to send back side salad:croutons all over. Also, 1 bbq sauce has gluten. They weren't sure at first which one. Ribs were delicious. Sides, not so much.

We enjoyed this one and appreciated their level of engagement with GF food preparation. Waiter seemed knowledgeable which is great. The food, it was good, just sort of “dressed up” versions of things that probably tasted better before they “tried” to add something to it. Nice menu and good service.
