Valley Thai Restaurant

This place can be tricky. There is not a gluten free menu, however the servers both times I went were very kind when dealing with my Celiac Disease. One was well aware of the menu options, the other had to go back to the kitchen multiple times to ask. The second time I went, the server told me the dish I had the previous visit was not gluten free. So...that’s concerning. Both times I dealt with slight reactions. It’s all in what risk you wanna take!

This restaurant had great local reviews so we gave it a try! Nothing is labeled gluten free on the menu but the server was confident in the food prep & cooking. They use GF soy sauce. We had an excellent chicken fried rice dish. We also ordered fresh spring rolls. Their Thai ice teas are great! My daughter and I both enjoyed a GF dinner!
