Lots of GF options! Got tacos and chips & guac. They were good! The chips are GF! The tortillas kind of fell apart but other than that, it was good! Did not get sick.

My buddy has celiac, so it’s always a challenge to find spots to eat where we are both happy. Vals is our go-to. They have a fryer that is dedicated to Gluten-Free items and a majority of their dishes use house made corn tortillas as opposed to wheat or corn tortillas that may have wheat added. I know so many people in the Gluten-Free community that lean on Vals heavily for GF restaurant dining.

This place is great! The food is absolutely delicious! All of the servers I’ve ever had are very knowledgeable. I spoke with the owner and I feel confident in how they train the staff to deal with allergies and people with Celiac. I’ve eaten here many times and never had a reaction of any kind.

Both hostess and server were knowledgeable about GF options. Not marked on menu, but they both knew what was GF. Almost all the tacos are, things can be made on corn to be GF, and the chips have a dedicated fryer. Very yummy and reasonably priced. Had the chicken tinga taco, pork shoulder taco, chips & guac & salsa, and the pinto beans side.

Great experience. Had the special along with a couple of other tacos. The waitress was friendly and helpful and had no issues double checking things she was unsure about which made me feel safe. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great, too! I did not get sick and would 100% go back!

Awesome place! A renovated gas station, painted light pink inside. Gluten-free items are not marked but the staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable. All of the tacos and some of the brunch items. I had the Huevos Rancheros and it was AMAZING!
