The best - regularly go here to pick up both sweet treats and lunches! Really great to be able to get delicious savory gf lunches. The staff are very friendly too! The cinnamon rolls are soon good (and my not gf husband thinks so too!)

We had a fantastic lunch here - so exciting to be able to choose anything I liked from the tempting array of lunch foods (pies, baguettes and wraps) and salads, and of course the huge spread of dessert options. Fantastic knowing that everything is both GF and DF (vegan). The food and drinks were all fresh and delicious! Lovely staff and ambience - we sat outside with the doggy and enjoyed the Howick street views. Unfortunately, I don’t live locally but will be back like a shot next time I’m in Auckland!

I love this cafe. The staff and the owner are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, it's tasty and a good variety from filling salads to pies and cakes, coffee is top notch too. It's rare to have everything vegan and gluten free. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I always get something to take home while I'm there.

Sooo yum. Had a muffin and cheese scone, plant based but you wouldn’t even know was so yum. Salads were also fab!
