Absolutely love the gluten-free bread they have here, it has such a great flavour and depth. Not to mention it’s completely organic which is a big plus for me

They were sold out of the GF bread by the time we got there. They take all possible precautions, but they do primarily bake with Wheat flours, and it gets everywhere. We could see the flour coating every surface at noon. They scrub the floors at night and wipe down all the surfaces, but the gluten free sourdough is made on a separate table with dedicated flour bins and equipment, then baked in the same oven as regular bread. Use your own judgment. The bread did look wonderful though!

The best gluten free bread I have ever had! So soft and flavourful. You can even eat it without toasting it!
