Oh boy...the glutenfree Pinsa taste sadly just like oregano and nothing more, a bad choice if your'e looking for an italian Pizza, I had the whole time reflux after eating there, was so unpleasant...at keast they have glutenfree options.

Amazingly helpful staff - all pizzas are available GF and pasta can be made with zoodles which are a great alternative to regular pasta. Highly recommend, felt very safe.

The taste of the pinsa was great. My problem with the place is that you ask several times whether it is gluten-free and I still have problems after eating it. I won't eat there anymore.

They offer various gluten-free pinsas here. The staff assured me that I shouldn't worry about cross-contamination because they have been trained. The gluten-free pinsa is served on plates, while the gluten-containing pinsa is served on boards. This prevents contamination from cutting on the wooden boards. The gluten-free pinsa is also served with its own pizza cutter to avoid contamination while cutting (the regular pinsa is served pre-cut). Very good! Vegan options are also available. I'll be back :)

Delicious gluten and dairy free mushroom and chicken pinsa (pizza with a slightly different crust)! They prepare the food in a gluten free area, and bake the pinsa in a special container to avoid cross contamination in the pizza oven. They even give you a clean pizza cutter so you can cut it yourself!

Generous portion, you could share it or take the leftovers home for lunch the next day like I did.

Highly recommend, I would definitely go back.
