Lots of Gluten free variety all pans are washed between dishes and the pizzas are made separately from the rest. Definitely recommend while in Vienna as this was one of the only places I found to eat in!!

The place is a high-end, semi self-service Mediterranian restaurant. They have a bunch of gluten free options: pasta, PIZZA, and even sweets. I had a GF pizza with prosciutto crudo and pecorino and it was amazing. Also tried the firenzini biscuit which pretty much became a new favourite of mine. The menu has all the markings you need for allergens and special diets. They also list the ingredients so you can decide if you like it or not. Friendly staff, good wine, nice location. And since this is a chain, you will certainly find a Vapiano restaurant somewhere in your area.

All allergene listed on the menu, some are normally gluten free, other s can be prepared gf. Pizzas, risottos, soups (without croutons/bread), and salads. The employes change gloves, and don't touch toppings. Gf pizza dough comes in a tin/alu baking sheet, and probably baked in the same oven, as the normal ones, but without touching the oven. (They do not serve in the baking sheet)
Probably the best pizza in my life!
Many vegan, vegetarian and dairy free but not vegan options, even on pizzas (with Violife mozzarella).
