Review of Vapiano

Very very poor gluten free experience - I ordered a gluten free pizza, confirmed that was my order (and it said on my receipt). When I picked up my pizza and started to eat it- I then saw my mother who ordered a gluten containing pizza had an identical base. Just in case I went to the counter to ask if mine was gluten free and they said it wasn’t and then made out that I was an annoyance and in the wrong for asking. I did get a new gluten free pizza, but when I wanted to discuss this issue at the end - I again was made out to be an annoyance, and no apology was given by the manager.
