Did not actually eat here but meant to. They have a kiosk where you order your food now and there are no indications as to what is, or could be, gluten free. We asked a staffer walking by if they had GF pasta, but she said only pizza and risotto. It just didn’t feel very oriented to celiac so we had a drink and left.

They have gluten free pizza and zucchini noodles for pasta. When I mentioned celiac the woman I was ordering from said they use completely different tools to prep the gluten free stuff. Definitely the thickest gf pizza I’ve had and was really good.

Three of us are gluten free- we ate gluten free pizza and a anti pasta salad. No one got sick, was good and not too expensive. Not everyone seemed to know about gluten free/cc but the individual making the pizzas was.

Rude employees. Did not have gluten free pasta as advertised. Employees were incredibly rude when our food was taking too long and we inquired about where it was they told us they could not help us and basically told us to just leave. Very disappointing.

I ate the gluten free pizza here, which was great. Also offers gluten free pasta, salads and starters. All the food made fresh in front of you. Would recommend.

Good pizza but grumpy staff. Confusing system and the staff seemed to stressed out to explain us the system in a polite way. But good pizza.

Definitely different in how food is ordered. Had Risotto and tomato soup. It was delicious. Price was very reasonable. Did not get sick. I would recommend it.

Gluten free pasta option. Most pizzas available gluten free and tasty. Friendly staff.

Samen met mijn zoon pizza gegeten bij Vapiano Utrecht. Beiden zijn wij gluten en melk intolerant. Ipv kaas heb je de optie om veganistische kaas op de pizza te doen. De glutenvrije bodems worden in een aluminium bak geserveerd. Beiden geen klachten gehad na het eten bij Valiano.

Ze kunnen nog verbeteren door per ingrediënt van de pizza / pasta aan te geven welke allergenen het bevat.

They had gluten free pasta and pizza. I got pizza and it was fine. Pretty standard gluten free, kinda tasted like a store bought pre cooked gluten free pizza crust. It was cool that they had so many options though.

Man konnte zugucken, wie das “glutenfreie” Pinsa zubereitet wurde.. es wurden abwechselnd glutenhaltige und mein “glutenfreies” Pinsa angefasst, sodass mit Sicherheit eine Kreuzkontamination vorlag. Konnte das Pinsa nicht essen.

I have eaten here a few times. The quality and taste varies, but it is usually okay. Currently they are using a Schär dough for gluten free pinza. Unfortunately, it seems that the risk of cross-contamination also varies, since I had a reaction after my last visit. The other 8 or so times, I had no problem. Still, I will make sure to stress the fact, that I have celiac disease next time.
