I love Hilton properties. I know they’ll have options available for me. Staff is always helpful and knowledge. Separate area with GF pastries on the buffet and other options available.

Food & the staff is knowledgeable, but pricey. Good option if you’re staying at the hotel!

I saw the gf bar prominently advertised as I came in, but all it consisted of was a corner of a table with a plate of gf muffins and Chex cereal. For $30 a person, they need to do better. I tried to order off of the menu, but it was weird - the eggs and other usually obviously gf items (like the bowl of fresh fruit) weren't labeled as gf, but the oatmeal was labeled that way. Their understanding of gluten seems limited at best, and I didn't feel safe. I ordered hard boiled eggs and the fruit just to be extra careful. I didn't get glutened, but I wouldn't go back.

Breakfast buffet includes a gluten-free table. This morning it had chocolate muffins, fruit and nut bars, and gluten free cereal packages.
