Some items on the main menu are clearly marked as GF. Other ones on a smaller dedicated GF menu are “can be made GF”. The staff is educated well, and the person who took my order clearly explained what changes would be made to the “can be made GF” items and why.
Tortilla chips are made on-site in a shared fryer, so be aware of that. Instead of getting “elite and chips”, for example, I just got a side of elote.
