They just reopened with a completely new menu - they serve tacos and burrito bowls now! By default all tacos are on corn tortilla, and none of the meats are fried, so they are all gluten free. They told me that the only gluten containing items on the menu were the churros and the flour tortillas. The chips were fried separately from the churros so they said they were safely gluten free as well (but I went on opening night so I’d check again next time to be safe). The food was super good!
