Food was delicious and many items were adaptable to be GF. They also have a gluten free menu, which is awesome, but they need to update it, as some items don’t say “no rice” when the original item contains rice (the gluten containing item). All this to say, the gf menu is helpful but do your due diligence!

We had a great meal. I didn’t ask for a gluten free menu we just ordered off the regular menu and our server was on it! He understood celiac and I was comfortable with all of our dishes! We had ceviche, delicious. I was told cross contamination with chips so I skipped them. Wedge salad. Which was huge, like a meal in itself. We split a shrimp main dish (I don’t remember the name). It was delicious! Start to finish the food was OUTSTANDING. Didn’t get sick. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Excellent food, staff seems very knowledgeable re: GF items. There is a separate GF menu, but mostly it is “(entree) no sauce” etc. Kinda upscale but they let us in anyway. Great ocean views.

They so still have a gluten free menu and the waitress was knowledge of gross contamination. Had an awesome dinner with no problems

They used to have options but not any more. So sad.

Stopped for lunch but very few options. Everything high risk of cross contamination. No longer make corn tortillas they now fry in the same fryer as gluten items. The view is gorgeous

Not a lot of menu items. The chips are GF, but waitress said they are in a shared fryer. Ended up having a scallop salad. It was good but a lot of romaine with scallops for $14. Great ocean view, so we are renting the table for the price too. The coconut mojito was delicious but not very big after the ice $10. Food was good but came here mostly for view.

Good food, but when I told the waitress I needed help with Gluten free food options she was kind of sarcastic. Her words, "oh, I love this!" But she did go ask the chef/cooks and did give me some options. Yet, when she brought the tortillas there was a flour tortilla on top of the corn tortillas. So, be cautious if you eat here.
this was amazing! the food, the view ... all of it start to finish! left happy and over joyed

perched on a coastal bluff you not only get good food and service, but fantastic views and sunsets. the menu has five or six items that are designated gluten free. two of which I have had and I must say they were very good. $10 - $40 Well worth it.

Me and my husband stayed at the best western across the street from the Ventana Grill and had ate here twice during our stay. The waiter was very friendly and understanding he brought me homemade corn tortillas and even confirmed with the cook that there was no cross contamination with the flour tortillas. With the tortillas he brought me cinnamon honey butter it was sooo good on the tortillas! For the meal i got halibut tacos it was fresh and filling and the view was just amazing! The menu even has little wheat signs next to it so you know they can make it gluten free for you.

Separate gf menu, delicious handmade corn tortillas. Great fish entrees, and overlooks the ocean!
