Review of Ventimiglia Restaurant

I know this restaurant isn't currently listed in Find Me Gluten Free, but I'm a Celiac and I've eaten here both when it was Jovan's, and now that is Ventimiglia. I always have fish. Tonight I ordered carryout for my family (non of whom are gf) except for me. I ordered perch. I specifically stated no flour and no breadcrumbs. I LOVED my meal! It was delicious. I believe it was made with care, and with egg and cornstarch. It was divine. They have gluten free sides to choose from also. I'll definitely be going there again and again.
