Came for the pizza but it was an uninteresting bready puffy crust. Expensive. Sauce and toppings, aside from cheese, were tasty. Why though did my gf Diavola have barely any cheese? The various gluten pizzas my party ordered all had plenty of cheese. Baffling.
They understood cross contamination and said there’s a risk of wheat flour in the air of the oven, while also saying the gf crust does not share a cooking surface. I decided to take the risk and took a gluten enzyme before eating. I really couldn’t detect any gluten symptoms (and I’m usually sensitive, even with an enzyme that only dampens it). Appreciated their callout.
The coffees were delightful - a gorgeous cappuccino. Strong espressos are used, great foam. Sipped a delicious lemonade with rose.
Maybe the pasta is a better option in terms of composition. And possibly a bit safer.
They had a really nice high chair, bathrooms, and accommodated our group of 5 inside where it was a little cooler.

Staff knowledgeable about cross-contamination. GF pizza is not celiac safe, but plenty of other safe GF options clearly marked on menu, including pasta. Awesome experience.
