Staff very knowledgeable. But Celiac cannot have the GF pizza because they bake ALL pizzas on the oven floor without protection from cross contamination. So maybe gluten sensitive can enjoy the pizza here. Other GF options are completely safe, such as pasta and anti pasta salads.
