Delightful upscale restaurant. Well thought out menu with plentiful GF options, no issues with sickness afterwards, knowledgeable staff. Can't ask for more!

I hate to be the first to write a negative review but... my husband and I ate here last night and now I am sick and in loads of pain. The server did try, going to the chefs, etc. but to no avail.

Staggeringly good. Can't come up with enough wonderful adjectives. The environment is warm and inviting, while still feeling sort of trendy and hip. Lots of exposed brick. But the food is superb. They ask when you walk through the door if there are any food restrictions in your party. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable. Took all of the stress out of eating out. Next time I'm in Denver I guarantee I'll be back.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The waiter asked if we needed gluten free and if I was celiac before I could even say anything. They had gluten free bread for the meat and cheese plate, which was delicious! They double and triple checked everything for me. The chef came out and assured me he prepared my food without worry of cross contamination. I love Love Love this place!

This restaurant was so amazing we went back two nights in a row! Everyone who came to our table, from the waiters to bartenders to busboys knew our dietary restrictions. They were super knowledgeable and cautious about cross contamination and had a celiac friendly and lactose free menu, plus other allergen menus. And the food was AMAZING!

My son and I ate off the celiac/GF menu (where else do they have a celiac menu?!?!) we had GF bread which they said was just Udi’s but it was spectacular, buratta, chicken tikka masala, and I had a cauliflower artichoke dish. I told the waiter I’d be eating GF so my son could share my food and he messed that up a couple times (would I like regular bread and originally stating my meal would have couscous instead of rice) but the kitchen was spot on and my son was happy with his fancy meal ❤

Like all the previous reviews, the food was extremely good and the staff very knowledgeable. Even the runners were very clear about what they were bringing and what needed to be kept separate if there were items with gluten. I’m a sensitive celiac and like others with CD, you want to hear a sequence of words to make you comfortable. I heard them in the first 5 minutes and then proceeded to enjoy a very nice evening..

Excellent!!!! I am a celiac and the staff was very knowledgeable and prepared to accommodate. I tested my food with my Nima (gluten tester) and verified that my food was 100% gluten free. It was also delicious!

AMAZING. I love the atmosphere here and had an all around wonderful experience. The staff is so attentive and helpful with celiacs. I went out of my comfort zone and wasn't sorry - I had the bone marrow (which the chef is known for!) and the lamb with risotto. Omg. Delicious.

I had a great experience at Vesta! I'm newly diagnosed and really hesitant about eating out, but I felt really safe here! Our server was so well educated and really helpful and the food was d e l i c i o u s!! Aside from it being a pretty spendy date, it's definitely a place I would frequent if I could!

This restaurant has not only a GF menu but a Celiac menu as well. Food is exceptional as was our waiter, Sean. Not cheap, but is one of the beat GF eateries that I have found in Denver. We'll be back!

Excellent food. They've got an extensive gf menu and moreover if you identify yourself as celiac they've actually got a menu specifically for us taking cross contamination issues into account. And all the food was just amazing. The staff was so friendly, helpful, thoughtful, etc. It made for an all around amazing experience.

I had plenty to choose from on their gluten free menu. The staff was very knowledgable. I chose a dish that included amazing grilled prawns and coconut rice. They even had gluten free bread. I wish they had a restaurant in the Phoenix area.

Love, love the GF menu!!! Very educated staff. We live in Thornton and go 2-3 times a month.

The staff is outstanding they know how to handle and meet the needs for people with a gf diet. I would recommend this to any person who has a food allergy.
