Review of Via 313 Pizza

hype over delicious gluten free pizza here is totally warranted. prepare for a line (they use the no wait app tho), upscale austin vibe, booths, tables, bar & community table w/benches. definitely too loud for date conversation. gf crust available on any menu pizza (even 1/2 & 1/2). had the Cadillac and Hawaiian half & half. both combos were good, but the deep dish gf crust made me really long for just a regular pepperoni mushroom. this is not your typical flat rice flour crust (sorry udi's)! it's got glutenous depth like you remember (Pizza Hut pan pizza). northerners will recognize the Boston coolers and faygo pop (yes peops.. it's pop not soda). I saw as many ppl picking up take out as those seated.
