Possibly the best gf pizza I have eaten. Glad that this app pointed it out to me on my first visit to Austin. It was also endorsed by one of my Uber drivers. The hot honey and ranch dressing dips were also great features! Prepared safely - I had no reaction.

Since getting hit with the celiac, I’ve grown so tired of the generic Udis medium crust that every restaurant seems to use these days. I rarely even eat pizza anymore because it’s always a let down. Whenever I travel I always Google best gf pizza in whatever city and see if anything notable pops up. I did the same here in Austin and saw that via 313 does a made from scratch gf Detroit style crust, and after a few days of bbq, I was ready to change it up. I’m so glad I did. No lie, hands down the best gf pizza I’ve had to date. I can’t believe I saw a review on here of someone claiming it was mediocre, yet they go on to say they questioned whether or not it was actually Gf. It really is that good! My wife who eats all the gluten even said she had no interest in seeing what their regular recipe tasted like because the gf wasn’t lacking anything. The combo of crunch and chew, a taste a little reminiscent of Pizza Hut, the perfect amount of spice to the sauce. Seriously, just, perfect. We blew through the first and ordered a second. The bartender said they take pride in their from scratch recipe and they prepare it every morning in a clean environment before the regular dough to prevent cross contamination. If you’re in Austin and looking for the best f’n gf pizza you’ve ever had, don’t miss this spot!

Did not care for it. Too much crust. Wondering if what I got was gf. Will see later since my food digests slow.

Nima tested safe!! Incredible. I messaged them to confirm their safe cross contamination procedures and turns out they are very careful with a separate areas. Other restaurants that have shared gluten kitchens have always tested positive. Very exciting. The Detroit pizza was very good with a thick soft crust :)

This a great place to try and delicious Detroit style vegan pizza. It was hearty , greasy and tasty. I will definitely come back for it again
