The waiter was knowledgeable about what was GF and what wasn’t. The pizza was amazing! The crust is fluffy yet crispy, it was delicious!
We went and they were very kind. We went to the gluten free expo and were excited to try their food again since it was safe then. However, after eating there my wife was quickly cross contaminated.
We are certain it is a great option for some, but we will probably not be returning.
The gf pizza crust is amazing! I seriously wondered if it was really gf but had no reaction. Just be prepared for a pricey bill. The gf crust is an additional $4.50 :(

If you’d like to have amazing pizza and have peace of mind that the staff is educated and has processes to avoid cross contamination this is the place. This restaurant has qualified to be on our shortlist of places that we trust moving forward to go eat. Specific things they did well, have processes to avoid contaminating ingredients one preparing pizzas butter also willing to go and pull from the back to provide further peace of mind of cross-contamination. Any gluten-free pizza that goes in the oven is on a dedicated tray so that it does not come in contact with anything. Manager was very hands-on and willing to answer any questions we had.
Everyone on here speaks very highly of this place. I was excited to try it, but unfortunately I had a reaction. The wait staff was very kind and accommodating. They have a separate prep area and each pizza is made in its own pan. The pizza itself was pretty good, but quite pricey. It was nice to see they have dairy-free options. We came at a very busy time so maybe if it was less crowded the risk of cross contamination would be less.
The first GF pizza I have trusted in years! My husband thinks he may actually like the GF crust better than the regular. The Gf cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks are bomb too! Best GF pizza I’ve had
I’ve been eating here for a few years now (Orem and Lehi locations) and the staff is so caring with gluten free needs! Not to mention the pizza is absolutely amazing!
100% satisfied! Chewy, cheesy breadsticks with marinara were devine. The Cadillac pizza was wonderful. When you have celiac, you tend to accept sub-par food when eating out, so I had my family who can eat gluten taste my food and even they said it was tasty!
The pizza was good. Not sure how knowledgeable wait staff is as our server said all toppings are gluten free which Im not sure is accurate. I stuck to cheese and didn’t have any problems. I thought the cinnamon sticks had a weird after taste and wouldn’t get those again.
I’ve been here multiple times and never had any problems. Great pizza! Make sure to check they made it GF for an allergy when ordering in person and especially online.
Extra $4 for a gf crust but it’s worth it. Best gf pizza around. Dessert pizza is quite tasty too!

So fun to be able to go out for pizza and have a great experience. We loved the GF cheese bread, GF cheese pizza, and GF pepperoni pizza. It’s pricey, but a great place to go every now and then. Loved that each item was marked with a stick saying “gluten free.”

My Celiac kids got so sick after eating take out from here. So bad that I’m pretty’s sure they were given a gluten pizza.
Wow! Delicious! The crust and breadsticks are actually airy, not dense! Absolutely amazing! They use separate prep area, employees change gloves, wash surfaces when needed. They make their gf dough first thing in the morning so no chance of cross contamination in the air with regular dough. I am amazed at this place, plus all the employees are super happy and kind, even watching their interactions with each other.
Excellent GF pizza and cheesy bread! The flavor is great and the crust is thick. We tried the Carni pizza, and I love that the cheesy bread came with marinara sauce.

The food, the care, the server - all incredible! ❤ ❤ ❤ 🍕 I literally cried, as a severe celiac, I haven't been able to have Detroit style gf pizza in over a decade. The cheese bread was delicious! Light, airy, tasty! Even my gluten eating family highly approved! From the minute we arrived, Henny helped me feel comfortable, he walked me through their gf protocol and I felt cared for and safer! This is on our must-return to place, I'm already fantasizing about our next trip here!
Best thick crust GF pizza I've ever had. I called and they're very familiar with cross contamination prevention! Cheesy bread was GF also and fabulous!!!!! Excellent service!
